Financial Services Reform Act
The Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA) is part of the Corporations Act. It regulates the way transactions are carried out in the financial services industry.
In the past, there have been a number of different pieces of legislation in place for different areas of the Australian Financial Services Industry. The FSRA brings much of that regulation under one central piece of legislation, which is enforced by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).
The Insurance Centre’s Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) is 237572.
